S H I P P I N G  P O L I C Y 

Once your order has been placed, it is wrapped and dispatched with the postal service. An automated email notification will be sent to you, providing a tracking number so you can monitor your product’s journey. 

Please note: The Escape Road is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies.

We kindly ask our customers to provide correct address information as The Escape Road cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

Australia Post provides trusted services and, as such, The Escape Road will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

R E T U R N  P O L I C Y 

We offer exchanges or a credit note (excluding postage fees) on all orders should you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your purchase. 

Please note: we do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for incorrect purchases.

Please note we do not accept returns when:

  • items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, damaged, or are sent back without original packaging
  • items are returned outside the specified return timeframe

postal returns are made at the expense of the customer and are the customer’s responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered to our HQ.
